    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. We are here by virtue of the Gazette Notice that you posted last week. That was the admission of the head of the Senate that the Senate was respecting the ruling of the High Court. If it is true that you were accepting the ruling of the High Court, it means that you were acknowledging the fact that whatever we had done here initially had been voided by that particular ruling. It, therefore, follows that having admitted so, it means that all that we did is non- existent. Therefore, what we are doing is purely on the assumption that nothing happened. It is a fresh process and it would be dishonest for us to accept to come and meet accepting the ruling of the court and then come and say “well having accepted that it was voided, it is there in our records”.
