The original point of order raised by my friend over there, George Khaniri, portrayed that he was very clear in his mind that he wanted to find out whether the Speaker can decide on this matter. However, the matter had been turned into a debate. All of us are trying to give an answer to hon. Khaniri when the Speaker is the one to decide on this matter. We have made this House to be a different House, whose proceedings cannot be followed. Therefore, I suggest that you give us a ruling so that we debate on the Motion."
