    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise on this point of order because I know that I will have an opportunity to speak again. This is not the same Motion. I want to support what Sen. Kipchumba Murkomen and Sen. James Orengo have said by adding the following. It is possible under the Constitution and also under the County Governments Act for several Motions involving the same county and the same Governor in different contexts to come every three months. So, this is not the same issues. Some of the issues could be similar to those that have been brought here before. This is a different Motion."
