Any document or source of document that is referred to must be tabled for substantiation so that we can refer to it. This is a House of record. Otherwise, if someone reading the HANSARD says that a judicial officer or a judge--- But having said that, Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is not that I want my colleague to reveal the name or the source, I would rather that he proceeds with it as his own information than referring to a source that cannot be tabled."
