    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir for giving me this chance. I would like to start from the outset by saying that I support the Motion. Of course, I am one of the Members of that Committee. I know that Sen. Madzayo and the Senator for Migori, Sen. (Dr.) Machage, have raised issues that on the face of it appear important, serious and relate to the issue of dearly. It is important that this House goes on record in realising that the Committee that will be formed will not do work on its own and to finality.
