Following the approval by the Senator of the Motion establishing a Special Committee and considering the tight timelines to investigate this matter and report back to the Senate. I direct that the Members of the Committee meet immediately at the rise of the Senate in the ground Floor, Committee Room at this County Hall Building to elect the chairperson and the vice chairperson and commence the work immediately. I further direct that the Committee completes its investigations and reports back to the Senate on Tuesday 13th May, 2014 at 2.30 p.m."
