I think you used Standing Order No.39, if I am not wrong. But for the record, this is already provided for in the Standing Orders. This is Standing Order No.70 which says that: The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
