    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion and thank the Committee for doing an excellent analysis of both the law and evidence in this matter. Kenyans should know the charges which have led to the impeachment of Governor Wambora. They include gross violation of the Constitution and gross violation of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act. Those are the issues which the Senate is dealing with. There are other issues being canvassed out there which the Senate is not dealing with. Some of them touch on me personally.
