    "content": "I say so because of the suggestion that I have heard by some colleagues that: “Oh, if you touch on Governors, you are fighting devolution.” That suggestion is immature and incomplete because devolution is about systems and institutions. It is not about the office of a governor. It is not about the office of a Senator or the office of a Member of County Assembly (MCA). In the same vein, listening and watching my friends, I am seeing a very important institution called the Senate which will steer devolution and this country to the promised land."
