    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is in this context that I want to say for myself that I do not see how this Senate will entertain any frivolous, vexatious or malicious Motions brought on the Floor of this House. So, governors can rest assured that we will protect them viciously if the accusations are false, frivolous or vexatious. However, we will also be very vicious with the corrupt, the fraudsters, the thieves and all manner of people who have thought that they can use the dignified office of a governor to commit felonies and serious offences of an economic nature against the people of Kenya. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we must respect our County Assemblies.
