    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute and support this impeachment Motion. Mr. Speaker, Sir, Kenyans are important and we, as leaders, are servants. It is so sad to realize that Kenyans are going on empty stomachs. We need to think twice and realize that devolution did not come to make a section of Kenyans rich while another section remains poor. It was meant to empower Kenyans and bring resources closer to the people who are supposed to benefit. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to support."
