The Senate Majority Leader is informing us that the national Treasury has failed to cost the national functions, and even the functions of the devolved governments. The counties are waiting for the national Treasury to lead the country in reading the budget of this Government. Is he in order to inform us that, that is the case, and still not go ahead to announce to the country that there will be no budget read?
