    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. My small, but very important point is that we have an Act of Parliament, the Division of Revenue Act (No.31 of 2013). In that Act, there is a Schedule, which is a part of the Act, which says that the percentage of the approved audited revenue for 2010/2011 was Kshs608.1 billion. So, whereas we are being told orally that there is a mistake, this is part of the law of Kenya, with a Schedule showing us that there were those audited accounts. So, I appreciate what the Chair is saying, but the Senate Majority Leader should tell us how he intends to deal with that part of the law that will conflict with the law that we are now trying to pass. This is because in this law, the Schedule will say that the last audited accounts were in 2009/2010 and yet, there is another law which says that it was in the subsequent year. We are creating a conflict in law right in the face of it and want to wish it away. That is the problem that I have."
