    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I appreciate the concern that the hon. Senator and, indeed, also Sen. Muthama, have expressed. But I think that it was explained very clearly as follows: First, the figures that were used last year were audited, but not approved, which is the mistake that was made. The Chairman owned up to the fact that the figures at that time were a mistake. Whatever the figures were; either Kshs600 billion or Kshs500 billion, they were audited, but not approved. So, all sorts of changes would have happened between auditing and approval. I really agree with you that if we go this way we are going to open debate again. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the second point is that what we are currently using is not a mistake. These are the actual figures that are both audited and approved. Therefore, I think we are beyond that point now."
