    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I would like to make a small contribution touching on this particular amendment. Kshs10 billion is not so much, but it is not so little. I come from a county that has a Level 5 hospital. There is so much that the hospital does. Almost each and every Kenyan passes through my county and many accidents apparently happen in that area. As the Senator for Nakuru County, I would like to thank my Chairman and other Members of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget for bringing in this amendment. I support."
