    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I just want to echo my colleague’s sentiments of thanking the Members of the Committee for this very important amendment. I will be brief. I just want to say that it is important for us to do the right thing when we are supposed to do it. We could have only procrastinated giving these Level 5 hospitals the funds that they need. So, it is important that we do it now because we will still have to do it. If we do it earlier, we shall also have time to look at other counties which need these hospitals to be established there because we will have finished with the existing ones. As we have said, as much as we are sharing these hospitals as counties, they could be far or they might not be accessible. So, when we finish with these ones, next time we will be debating which counties need Level 5 hospitals. Thank you."
