    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I support this amendment, particularly with respect to Article 43, which wants to ensure that health care for all is a basic right. Secondly, Mr. Chairman, Sir, I come from a county that has a level 5 hospital. I have visited it severally. I can tell you that we receive patients from as far as Machakos and other parts of eastern province and the coastal region. It will be important to continue to subsidize and support some of these counties because they are also inadequately funded. We cannot prejudice health care as a very basic and fundamental right."
