Abdikadir and without anticipating debate on the subsequent amendment coming, looking at paragraph one, the amendments that are proposed, especially, âdâ one person nominated by the Kenya Anti- Corruption Advisory Board; I have a problem with that. This is because the Economic Crimes Act that sets up the Kenya Anti Corruption Advisory Board sets out a very clear mandate of what the Board is supposed to do in terms of dealing with the Kenya Anti- Corruption Commission."
