The same thieves who were paid Kshs1.4 billion are now asking for Kshs3.1 billion. So, what is being said here is that those who have given those instructions, whether they live in heaven, in the sky or inside the water, they must face the law and the law is the Constitution. Is he in order to protect an individual who is a Kenyan who is supposed to protect the Constitution which he is dismantling?"
