    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have also taken note of the oversight mandate of the County Assembly of Kericho and are commending it for its various initiatives in respect to matters of oversight. You will notice also that we have made some recommendations regarding reconciliation amongst the leadership in Kericho County. We are asking the Senator for Kericho to take the initiative in reconciling the communities in that area for the benefit of the general citizenry in that county."
