    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would not take a long time. In fact, I would probably try to restrict myself to five minutes. There is a campaign out there that either the courts or some body out there should set the threshold for impeachment. Now, I find that to be a very dangerous statement which must be countered. So far, I think that the Senate has behaved and conducted itself very well in these proceedings, to show that justice will be done in accordance with the law. Nothing but the law will be applied in dealing with impeachment cases as they come to the Senate."
