    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when we realized that it was the County Assembly of Kericho which was coming before us, those of us who know Kericho very well said; that cannot be Kericho. Kericho is very unique. I refer to Kericho as the county of one colour; the green colour of peace and environment. It is a beautiful place. The MCA should know that as I have consistently supported them in the need to exercise of oversight over their Governors, they should know that the Senate will not say wolf just because MCAs have cried wolf. They should come with facts the same way that MCAs of Embu did."
