Charles Keter, that there are many things that are not in this Report; the many politics that were in play in Kericho that may have emotionally affected issues to proceed one way or the other. As we request you to take charge, it is important for MCAs, Senators and MPs to realise that oversight demands serious impartiality. At bullet No.41, the Report tells us that the Governor presented evidence to confirm that they were asking for money from him.
