Read it in context to see if it is an allegation and if there is a finding. I will not allow us to go into details regarding this Report. We need to be careful on how we handle this Report and how we look at it so that we are fair to everybody; the Governor, MCA, the residents and citizens of Kenya who are following this debate very keenly to see how we deal with it."
