    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. I congratulate my colleague, Sen. Musila, for bringing this Motion and for doing a follow up on it. It is not every day that such a Motion is passed between the National Assembly and the Senate. He has taken it upon himself to follow up and to make sure that it comes before this hon. House so that we also contribute on it. This shows our lack of follow up on many other Motions that are passed regarding the lives of Kenyans but without proper implementation of the same.
