    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I wish to thank the Deputy Chairperson for his response. There are a number of issues which I would wish he clarifies because I feel they are not well addressed. First, Naurikitoe is not in Kibish District; it is in Turkana North District. I limited my question to Nadapal and Karachi specifically in Kibish District. Where the CS lifted Naurikitoe shows that he is not in touch with what happened. It also indicates that the answer he is giving is not correct. The area he is referring to as Naurikitoe is in another district. Therefore, that invalidates the whole Statement. Hon. Speaker, with your intervention, I would with that the CS, through the Chairperson, addresses the question as asked and not framing his own question."
