You began by saying that the matter has been referred back to the Committee to call the CS. You went on to ask what the Government is doing. I can tell you from where I sit without fear of contradiction that, I cannot respond to that because I do not hold brief for the Government. The matter has already been referred back to the Committee. The question you have asked will only get a response from the Government and, since I do not see it there, it is unlikely that the question will get any response. What you have said is a matter that needs to be considered when the Committee is listening to the CS. There was a point of order from hon. Simba Arati."
