    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek for a Statement from the Chairman of Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget in respect of agreements that have been signed and entered into by the Government of Kenya and the Government of China. I would like the following clarifications:- (i)What are the exact details of the multi-billion shilling agreements between Kenya and China? (ii) Exactly how much of this money is actually involved; (iii) How much money will go into infrastructure projects and what are those projects? (iv)How much of this money constitutes interest free loans and grants?"
