    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, this amendment provides that the appointment of a selection panel under sub-paragraph 1 shall be made in accordance with Article 254 of the Constitution. It also provides that the selection panel shall not commence work until all members of the panel have been appointed. The selection panel shall elect its chairman from amongst its members who shall not be of the same gender as the chairperson and finally. Subject to the provisions of this Schedule, the selection panel shall determine its own procedure."
