But on the same issue, it is also true that there was a question in which Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale was talking about people who were given Kshs400,000 for resettlement, which actually I think he is referring to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) who are being resettled as a result of the scuffles that were there in 2007/2008; and not really the general issue of landlessness in Kenya. Now, the issue of neighbouring countries – which is the bona fide question from Sen. Mukiite – I think I dealt with that substantively because there is nobody on this list from the neighbouring countries---"
