Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Budget and Appropriations Committee Report on the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the Financial Year 2014/2015 laid on the Table of the House today, Wednesday, 4th June, 2014. Hon. Speaker, I have no doubt that now that this Report is the property of his honourable House, the House Business Committee (HBC) will give this matter all the necessary attention so that we can prosecute the matters at hand as contained in this Report because the budgetary clock is running. I am informed by the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury informally that it will be around 12th June, 2014. I would like to beg hon. Speaker, with your kind permission, that when you sit in the Chair you give consideration to this Report so that we can begin to address the issues basically of the budget of the Republic of Kenya as soon as possible."
