Members, to quote the Australian House of Representatives Practice, Fifth Edition at page 687:- “A Committee’s or sub-Committee’s evidence, documents, proceedings and report may not be disclosed or published to a person other than a Member of the Committee or parliamentary employee assigned to the Committee, unless they have been reported to the House their publication has been authorized by the House, the Committee or the sub-Committee”. This is a blanket prohibition which precludes an unauthorized disclosure of all or part of a report or its content.
