    "content": "Thank you hon. Speaker for allowing me to contribute to this Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, 2014. Some of the amendments here are good. My problem is in terms of lumping them together. If they had been separated, then we will be able to look at them and say: “This is good.” When you look at how the Bills have been lumped, I oppose it. That is because for one, when we look at the Criminal Procedure Code where, currently, we have big challenges in terms of arresting criminals who are terrorists, they are taken to jail and the next day, they have been given bond and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
