Temporary Deputy Speaker, most of the issues that I wanted to canvass have been canvassed; except to say that noting the mischief that sometimes goes on with the miscellaneous (amendments) bills, those of us who come from areas whose economy is predicated mainly on fishing, maybe, as we move forward, time has come when we must prepare comprehensive Acts to regulate fishing especially now that we are going into aqua-culture. I do not wish to say more than that; except to say that this is something that we are working on and going forward, we want to look at how we can empower the fisher folk so that fishing can become a major contributor to the economy which it ought to have been for the past 50 years. With those remarks, I support."
