    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the proposal to have this Motion discussed for 45 minutes and Members contributions are reduced to five minutes. That is basically because we had discussed this issue of miraa in our earlier discussions. We debated seriously on this issue and the recommendations appear to me to be straightforward and quite good for this country. I second and support the proposal."
