"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would like to second this Motion. It is my honour and pleasure to present to this House the Report that we investigated and concluded. On 18th April, 2012 on a Wednesday, hon. (Dr.) Otichillo asked an Ordinary Question to the Minister of State for Defence in the House, concerning the status of the San Marco Space Application Center in Malindi. In particular, hon. (Dr.) Otichillo wanted the Minister to explain:- (i) Under what conditions the Kenya Government entered into an agreement with the Government of Italy to establish the San Marco Space Application Center based in Malindi in 1964 and provide--- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
