"content": "The recommendations of the Report are to have the Kenyan Government and Italian Government signs an agreement to continue monitoring those satellite launches. The Kenya Government to gain financial revenues that is coming from the launches and also to use that satellite space center for research for this country, instead of giving it to the Ministry of Defence as it was signed before. We recommend that, that station is assigned to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Those are some of the conclusions that we made during that time."
