    "content": "Remember that responses to Statements come from the CSs. They do not come from the chairpersons but we expect that they would be prosecuted, at least, in a Committee meeting so that, even the other hon. Members are aware of the questions that have been brought to them and the responses. Even at that point, you could even have decided at the Committee meeting that the answer is inadequate and, therefore, you need the CS to be called. That way, we do not bring half answered statements that you need to go back and repeat the process which could have been handled before bringing the answer here.
