    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am surprised that the Chairman’s narration is a list of injuries sustained by police officers. He has not actually addressed the question. I asked why the police used live bullets on unarmed youths, and what action has been taken against the police officer who shot dead one of the youths and injured another. Those questions have not been answered. The only question that the Chairman has answered is the fact that the Government is not compensating the costs that I have highlighted. He also said that the fines ranged between Kshs2,000 and Kshs3,000. The youths were fined between Kshs10,000 and Kshs15,000. Actually, Kshs10,000 was the least. He only talked of running battles. There were shootings. People were killed. You cannot equate chest injuries to deaths and the gun shot injuries that the youths sustained. Therefore, I am dissatisfied because the Question has not been answered. Thank you."
