Deputy Speaker, it would be important that the Chair comes back to this House with a comprehensive policy statement from the Government because what they are talking about in terms of boda boda operators clashing with the police is simply the symptoms of the problem. The root cause is obviously unemployment. So, could the Chair come back to the House with a more comprehensive policy statement on what the Government is planning to do in the short-term and the long-term in so far as tackling the issue of unemployment is concerned?"
