    "content": "Lastly, on the question by hon. Nakuleu, I think the concern is okay. But we need, as a House, to vote for this money. If you want the medical bills of anybody who is involved in an accident in this country to be footed by the Government, you need to appropriate funds. I think the Budget and Appropriations Committee can handle that if it is acceptable. So far, there is no vote to take care of that. Thank you."
