I have consulted with the Mover of the Bill and we have agreed that the Bill be stood over; the reason being that this matter is still pending before our Committee. We had a retreat in Naivasha where the stakeholders met. We are meeting the Witness Protection Agency who will be making a presentation with regard to the amendments that we are seeking to make in this Bill. We hope to file our report by Tuesday next week and so, pursuant to Standing Order No.96, I beg to move that the debate be now adjourned pending the filing of the Committee’s report on Tuesday. I have the concurrence of the Mover of the Bill. Thank you."
