I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, pursuant to provisions of Standing Order 97, this House resolves that the debate on the Bills appearing under Orders Nos.11 and 12 be limited to a maximum period of one hour and thirty minutes; with five minutes for each hon. member and ten minutes for the Leaders of Majority and Minorities Parties; five minutes for the Mover in moving and five minutes in replying.
