    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I completely disagree with this. This is partly because in the first instance, the defunct IIBRC has not completed a process. The process was in the making and a review has not been done. It would be wrong for anybody, and I want to be on record, because this is not a question of numbers; it is a question of views. I want my views to be heard on this so that it goes on record that that was just a process, which was never completed. It cannot constitute a first review for all purposes."
