    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I stand to support. I want to congratulate hon. Ichung’wah for this Bill which is an amendment Bill. What I like about it is that it is declaring alcoholism a disease. I think in the last Parliament I was very involved in this issue and when we spoke to several hon. Members, each and every one I spoke to was affected very directly either their brother, sister, husband or wife was directly affected by alcoholism. By treating this issue, I hope for most of us when we are talking, we are thinking of the poor, miserable who died yet it affects us even the elite. I want to say that even as I am speaking to another hon. Member who said it does not concern him, he was saying his father was not there for him to educate him because he was an alcoholic.
