    "content": "one of us in a very personal way. Once it has been declared a disease, then I want to encourage the hon. Member who was saying that even when those people go for rehabilitation and they come out there is no change, to be patient. When a person is sick, they are not in control of how fast or how well they get. So, we need to start as a country understanding alcoholism as a disease. I have walked the path with people who are trying to get off alcoholism and they get frustrated because those people do not understand that they are trying and they cannot. When the Government puts rehabilitation process in place, it will be helpful and so I support hon. Ichung’wah."
