    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I stand to oppose the further amendment of the amendment. We have been sitting here for the last five or six hours building consensus. This august House has adopted the first review, plus the Report of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. If you look at Section 27 of the Constitution, there are some constituencies that have been protected. If we open up and deny that the first review has not taken place, then some of our 27 Members of Parliament will lose their seats. We have to go by the law."
