    "content": "Despite the fact that the first paragraph says that the Commission shall resolve all issues arising from the past review relating to delimitation of boundaries of constituencies and wards, and publish its final report within a period of fourth months, I still decline to support this amendment. The Ligale Commission must not assume that it had finished its work. We are on record in this House saying that we only approved the Committee Report. We were not approving Ligale Report as such."
