    "content": "Hon. Speaker, looking at the Budget estimates one thing I am happy about is the Kshs5 billion increase in the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). The CDF has really improved the welfare of the society in this country. This is the money that has gone a long way in terms of providing bursaries to the needy poor children who are bright. When it comes to health care, CDF has contributed a great deal. When it comes to infrastructure, in many other counties which were impassable, now CDF has brought life to them. Going to the education sector, CDF has built so many schools. Before that, we used to have more than 100 pupils in a classroom, but right now students are learning in a very conducive environment."
