    "content": "Hon. Speaker, on the reduction of the allocation to the Judiciary, I was just looking at the special report that was done by the Auditor-General on the Judiciary. Indeed, he has shown that there was massive corruption. Some of the offices were acquired without following the proper process of the law in terms of procurement.
